Booking a Consultation

1. Review our Scheduling, Payments & Cancellations Policies. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Click ‘Book Now’ to access our booking page.

3. Go to the Book Appointment Tab and Select Your Consultation type

4. Choose a Date & Time from available slots.

5. Enter Your Details - there is a two-step verification process to maintain security and privacy. Agreement to Terms & Conditions will be required at this point.

6. Complete the Intake Form - required to prepare for your appointment

7. Confirm your booking - requires credit card details to be stored on file for payment following your consultation

8. A confirmation email will follow. This will contain your appointment details and provide a video link to your appointment.

All Consultation Fees are payable by credit card by the end of your consultation.

Private Health Insurance: If you have extra coverage for dietetics, we will provide an invoice after your session for you to submit your claim.
